Our versatile VA SEVEN® Football Bar is ideal for push, pull and curl workouts. It’s sturdy design weill ensure it can handle heavy weights and many years of use.

The Football Bar allows you to vary your grip width during workouts to maximize training gains.

The handles have a 33.7 mm diameter and a non-abrasive knurling for maximum grip.
