Die VA SEVEN® Football X-Bar – Fat ist sehr vielseitig und eignet sich bestens für Drück-, Zug- und Curl-Übungen. Dank der robusten Bauweise, wird diese Spezial-Hantelstange auch bei härtester Beanspruchung viele Jahre Freude bereiten.
Mit der Football X-Bar – Fat lässt sich die Griffbreite beim Training, wie z.B. Schulter- oder Bankdrücken, hervorragend variieren. Des Weiteren eignet sich die beliebte Specialist Bar für das stehende Rudern, Trizepdrücken, Cleans (Umsetzen) sowie viele weitere Übungen.
Die gerändelten Griffe bieten eine optimale Griffigkeit und haben einen Durchmesser von 50 mm.
