YPSI Squat Board 2.0
Das YPSI Squat Board 2.0 eignet sich ideal für Übungen wie Kniebeugen und Kniebeuge-Variationen, wie z.B. Quad Squats. Dabei profitiert der/die Athlet/in von einer erhöhten Stand-Stabilität, einer Entlastung der Sprunggelenke sowie des Rückens. Deweiteren kann es zum Beginn einer Krafttrainingseinheit eingesetzt werden, um die Beweglichkeit zu verbessern.
Das YPSI Squat Board 2.0 ist äußerst robust und liegt dank Eigengewicht und Gummifüßen rutschfest auf dem Boden. Auf der Standfläche sorgt Grip Tape für eine hohe Griffigkeit.
