Belt Squat / Adjustable Dip / Calf Raise Combo

The VA SEVEN® Belt Squat / Adjustable Dip / Calf Raise Combo allows for a safe and effective training. Belt squat reduce the stress and protects the back during (heavy) leg exercises. The Adjustable Dip Bar accomodates different athletes and body sizes. In combination with the Belt Squat it’s possible to carry out “Weighted Dips”.

The foldable seat can be used as step up platform for the Dip bar or as a seat for Box Squats. The “Calf Raise” platform can be utilized with or without additional weight through the Belt Squat functionality.
